Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy sets out what you can and can’t do on Sensorly. It applies to everything you upload, generate, or share through the Service, and is part of our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use Sensorly to create, upload, or generate content that:

• Depicts or sexualizes minors in any way. We have zero tolerance for this and will report violations to the relevant authorities.
• Depicts a real, identifiable person in a sexual, violent, or otherwise degrading manner without their consent.
• Impersonates a real person in a way intended to deceive, defraud, or harass them.
• Promotes or incites violence, self-harm, or terrorism.
• Constitutes harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of any individual or group.
• Is discriminatory or promotes hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics.
• Infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, publicity, or other intellectual property rights.
• Is intended to mislead others, including fabricated depictions of real news events presented as authentic.
• Is otherwise illegal under the laws that apply to you.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or other technical restrictions on the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code of the Service.
• Resell or provide third-party access to the Service without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

4. Content Involving Minors

Because we allow users as young as 13, we hold a higher bar around content that could target or affect minors. Do not use the Service to contact, groom, or solicit minors, or to generate content designed to appeal to or exploit minors in a harmful way.

5. Consequences of Violations

Violating this policy may result in removal of the content in question, suspension or termination of your account, and, where legally required, a report to law enforcement. We reserve the right to take these actions without prior notice for serious violations, such as content involving minors.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this policy, report it to trust@sensorly.ca. Include as much detail as possible so we can investigate quickly.
